Six Step Enrollment Process

Step 1: Receive an Autism Diagnosis
Receive an Autism diagnosis from a psychologist, neurologist, or developmental pediatrician
Step 4: Treatment Plan
The BCBA will write a treatment plan that is specific to your child's needs
Step 2: Insurance Verification
Contact us to determine if your insurance covers ABA therapy and what your benefits include
Step 5: Insurance Authorization
The BCBA will turn in the treatment plan to your insurance and receive an authorization to proceed with ABA therapy
Step 3: Initial Assessment
Meet with a BCBA to understand what your child's needs are and how we can help
Step 6: Start Therapy
Create a schedule that works for your family and prepare to start your journey with us
